How the number is made
Step 1: You describe the rooms
Length, width and ceiling height, what gets paint, and how the surfaces look today. Rough sizes are fine.
Step 2: Bill's formula runs
Wall and ceiling area, coats, trim, doors, windows and closets, with more allowed for walls that need repair. It is the same math he uses when he quotes in person.
Step 3: Bill confirms it in writing
One call to check the rooms, then a written quote with every room on its own line. That is the price you pay.

- It is Bill's own formula, so a room described well lands close. Where it moves is the condition: walls that turn out to need more repair than you ticked change the prep line. Bill confirms every room before the written quote.
- Is the paint included?
- Yes. The price covers paint, labor and materials for the rooms you listed. If you want a specific brand or finish, say so in the notes and Bill prices it.
- Can I price exterior painting here?
- Not instantly. Exterior work depends on the siding, the height and the weather, so choose Exterior at the start, send photos, and Bill writes the quote from those and a walk around the house.
- Do I pay anything up front?
- No deposit. You pay when the work is done, as set out in your written quote.
- Where do you paint?
